What does the setup fee cover?
We build your custom Julie AI from scratch — configuring the AI voice with your company's name and properties, setting up call routing rules, connecting your Twilio phone number, configuring the scheduling workflow, and running full end-to-end testing. You're live in under a week.
Are calls really unlimited?
Yes. Your monthly fee is flat regardless of call volume. The only variable cost is your Twilio phone number (~$1/month) and any outbound SMS charges, which are typically a few dollars per month for a normal portfolio.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We can port your existing number to Twilio (usually takes 5–10 business days) or forward calls from your existing number to Julie's new line. Either approach works seamlessly.
How good is the Spanish support?
Julie speaks native, fluent Mexican Spanish with natural LA expressions — not translated English. She detects the caller's language in the first sentence and switches automatically, mid-call if needed.
What happens if Julie can't handle a call?
Julie routes unhandleable calls (emergencies, complex issues) to the right person on your team via SMS alert and call transfer. She logs every call so you always have a record. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. We handle all the infrastructure — AI, telephony, database, hosting. You log in to a simple dashboard to see your calls and showings. Changes to your AI (new properties, hours, staff) take 24 hours and are handled by our team.
Is my data secure?
Your data runs on dedicated infrastructure (not shared with other clients). All connections are TLS-encrypted. We never sell or share your data. Tenant PII is stored in a private, dedicated database on your own server.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel with 30 days' notice — no penalty, no minimum term. We'll provide your full call history so you keep everything. We'd prefer you stay, but we don't lock you in.
